The EPG Connection

Joanna Schmidt registered with us on New Year’s Eve 2009.  She was looking for either temporary or permanent office employment.  Her skill set was strong and she possessed a very friendly, caring, approachable manner.  Because of her personality, we presented Joanna with a 2 to 3 week assignment, which in addition to general administrative duties, involved overseeing two special education adults in a mailroom setting.  Joanna accepted the assignment and is actually still there!  It is easy to see why our client is very pleased with Joanna.  Congratulations Joanna on being our February 2010 employee of the month!

We first met Natala in March of 2006.  Natala presented herself in a professional, confident manner and we had no hesitation in sending her out on assignment that very same month.  Our client was so impressed with Natala that they offered her a permanent full time position.  Recently Natala reached out to us again to let us know she was available again.  We confidently sent her out in August of 2009 to one of medical clients where she is doing medical billing and coding work among many other duties. Natala has learned a lot in this position and has exhibited a strong determination to be successful.  She is doing a wonderful job.  Congratulations Natala on passing your NHA Exam for Medical billing and coding and for being our January 2010 employee of the month!

Catalina registered with us in October of 2009.  We were very impressed with her professionalism and superb computer skills.  We have since sent Catalina out on three different assignments and our clients have been very pleased.  Catalina also graciously referred her daughter, Jennifer, to us and Jennifer has also done a wonderful job for us. Catalina’s pleasant personality makes her a joy to work with.  Thank you, Catalina, for all of your hard work and dedication.  Congratulations Catalina!

Our November 2009 employee of the month is Laverne Fennell.  Laverne registered with Emerson Personnel Group in August of 2009.  We were impressed by her professionalism, as well as her excellent software skills. We immediately set Laverne up to do a phone screen with a client of ours that was searching for an office manager.  Laverne did a super job with her phone screen and was sent to Maryland that very next week for training.  Laverne’s work ethic is excellent and she is doing a super job. Our client is very pleased. Congratulations, Laverne!

Amy Humphries is our October 2009 employee of the month.  Amy registered with us in February 2009 and her background was in the graphic arts and web design field.  We were very impressed with her personality, presentation, and excellent software skills. We were able to get her to work on an excellent long term web design position beginning June 2009.  We are happy to report that Amy is still there and doing a wonderful job!   Congratulations Amy!

Congratulations to our September 2009 employee of the month, Barbara James!  In January of 2007, Barbara was referred to Emerson Personnel Group by her cousin, who we helped find employment in 2006. We were very impressed with Barbara, and placed her that same month in a temp to perm office opportunity.  Barbara became permanent with this client and stayed there until this year.  She then returned to us and we proudly sent her out again on a long term assignment.  Barbara’s pleasant, upbeat disposition makes her a pleasure to work with.   Congratulations Barbara!!

Emerson Personnel is proud to announce that our August 2009 employee of the month was Lorraine Conlin. Lorraine registered with Emerson Personnel Group in May looking for either temporary or temporary to permanent office employment.  We were able to send Lorraine out that same month on a long term temporary position in Pennsauken.  Lorraine is still working with our client to this day~ Lorraine is enjoying her position very much and our client is just as pleased!!  Congratulations Lorraine!

Congratulations to our July 2009 employee of the month, Michelle Williamson.  Michelle registered with Emerson Personnel Group in March of 2009.  Her computer software and keyboarding scores were superb. We immediately placed Michelle with one of our Center City Philadelphia clients in April of 2009 and she is still there!  Our client is extremely pleased with Michelle.  Thank you, Michelle, for a job well done!

Congratulations to our June, 2009 employee of the month, Kimberley Murray.  Kim registered with Emerson Personnel looking for administrative work on either a temp or direct hire basis. She tested wonderfully on our software evaluations and presented herself very professionally.  We were happy to send Kim to one of our best clients.  Following is what this client said about Kim. “I wanted to tell you just how much Kim Murray was fabulous.  She was very thorough, pleasant and a joy to work with.  I wish her the best in her future endeavors.”   Kim is now working on a maternity leave for Emerson Personnel and she has made another client very happy!  Congratulations Kim!!

Our May 2009 Employee of the Month is Elizabeth Lowe.  Elizabeth registered for temporary work in February of 2009, while temporarily visiting from her home in Louisiana.  We sent Elizabeth out that very same month and she has since completed five assignments for us. Elizabeth is presently working on a sixth assignment with a client who requested her.  The feedback we have received from each client has been outstanding.  Elizabeth is always willing to pitch in and help out.  She is wonderful, and we appreciate all of her hard work!  Congratulations Elizabeth!
